A classic cocktail in a teacup ... be surprised by this special mix of red fruit, blossoms and white and green tea.
Ingredients: White tea, green tea, verbene leaf, lemongrass, aroma, lemon myrte, black currant, red rose blossom, sunflower blossom, red currant.
This tea took its inspiration from the Kir Royal cocktail. The original cocktail is made from a sparkling white wine with a splash of Crème de Casis.
The ratio is 2 or 3 parts wine to 1 part liqueur. Delicious with a small aperitif.
If you use champagne instead of sparkling white wine, you don't speak of a Kir Royal, but of a Kir Imperial!
You can also make delicious and simple iced tea from Kir Royal: 6 -7 teaspoons Kir Royal in 1 liter (34 fl oz) of cold water. Then let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. The next day you can sift out the leaves and drink!
