This process can take up to 4-5 days. Until the desired taste and quality is reached. Then the tea leaves are rolled up by hand in the form of pearls.
This tea is of such a quality that it can be infused several times.
Jasmine, meaning 'gift from god', is a genus from the olive family.
After picking the jasmine blossom, it is first placed on damp cloths and then on the green tea. In this way, the aroma of the jasmine infuses the tea. After an hour, the jasmine no longer has the aroma and the process can be repeated. For the more expensive jasmine teas, this can happen up to 7 times.
