Brewing instructions for the tea in the Valentine's Day packages from Het Kleinste Huis:

For the “French Earl Grey” Package:

  • Heating Water: Start by heating fresh, cold water. For Earl Grey tea, the ideal water temperature is about 90-95°C.
  • Tea Dosage: Use approximately one teaspoon (or a tea bag, depending on the packaging) for each cup of tea.
  • Steeping: Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes. The exact time depends on how strong you want the tea. Experiment to find your perfect strength.
  • Serving: Earl Grey can be enjoyed plain or with a little milk or lemon.

For the "Strawberry Love" Package:

  • Heating Water: Heat the water to approximately 80°C. This is slightly lower than the boiling point to preserve the delicate flavors of the fruit tea.
  • Tea Dosage: Use approximately one teaspoon of Strawberry Love tea per cup.
  • Steeping: Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serving: Enjoy your cup of Strawberry Love tea. This tea is delicious both hot and chilled, even with some honey for extra sweetness.
