Preparing Matcha​

1. Add the matcha powder in the cup.

A small amount of matcha tea powder is placed in a bowl with a bamboo teaspoon. Above is a matcha brush.
With a kettle, a little hot water is poured onto the matcha powder.

2. Add a little hot water to the cup in matcha powder.

3. Stir the matcha with the teaspoon or the matcha beater until there are no more lumps.

The lumps present are smoothed out with a matcha beater. Above the bowl are a matcha bamboo spoon and tea can.

4. Add the rest of the hot water to the matcha.
