The Nursing Tea is a special herbal tea with fennel, anise and caraway.
Fennel, anise and caraway can certainly be called superfood. The three are packed with vitamins and anti-occidants and have a medicinal effect. They can help with digestion, with intestinal cramps and menstrual complaints. They can also have a stimulating effect on breast milk production. In addition, they can have a calming effect on the intestines of babies who suffer from colic. It is recommended not to give the tea directly to babies, but to let them absorb the substances through the breast milk.
