They can help with digestion, with intestinal cramps and menstrual complaints. They can also have a stimulating effect on breast milk production. In addition, they can have a calming effect on the intestines of babies who suffer from colic. It is recommended not to give the tea directly to babies, but to let them absorb the substances through the breast milk.
