Most of these spices, such as ginger, nutmeg and coriander, are full of vitamins and minerals. Cloves are known to have antimicrobial properties. In addition to a rich taste, this infusion is also good for your immune system.
Ingredients: Coriander, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, sweet blackberry leaf, sunflower blossom, rosa pepper, aroma
The majority of the spices from this blend were widely traded by the United East India Company (VOC) in the 17th and 18th centuries. Nice detail, the VOC was a neighbor of Het Kleinste Huis for almost 70 years.
De Zeedijk is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Amsterdam. Originally constructed to protect Amsterdam against the Zuiderzee. In the 16th and 17th centuries this was a real sailor's neighborhood. Sailors from all over the world came here to seek entertainment after months at sea.
Today there are many Chinese restaurants, shops and supermarkets. China in miniature!
