Japanese Sencha Midori Bio is a mild green tea that is characterized by a soft taste intensity. Although a slight bitterness is present, this tea does not quickly become dominantly bitter with a longer brewing time. Mastering the correct brewing method is essential to bring out the ideal taste and aroma of this organic green tea.
To prepare a perfect cup of Japanese Sencha Midori Bio, it is recommended to use water with a temperature of about 70-80°C. At a higher temperature, the taste and aroma can become too strong and bitter. The ideal brewing time for this tea is between 2 and 3 minutes. A longer brewing time can lead to a stronger and possibly more bitter end result, while a shorter brewing time can result in a taste that is too weak.
The amount of tea leaves you use also affects the strength of the tea. For an optimal taste experience, it is best to use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup of water. If you want the tea stronger or milder, you can adjust the amount of tea leaves to your liking.
Japanese Sencha Midori Bio is a versatile tea that goes well with different dishes and can be drunk at any time of the day. By taking into account the right water temperature, brewing time and amount of tea leaves, you can fully enjoy the delicate and balanced taste of this refined green tea.
Japanese Sencha Midori Bio is a refined organic green tea from Japan. The tea consists only of green tea leaves, carefully selected and processed to guarantee the best quality. This tea is distinguished by its delicate flavor profile and rich historical background.

Midori also refers to the fresh and vibrant taste of the tea, which is reminiscent of the lush green landscapes of Japan.
The history of green tea in Japan goes back centuries. The tea plant, Camellia sinensis, was first introduced to Japan from China around the 9th century. Since then, tea has played an important role in Japanese culture, and various tea production methods have been developed and refined over time. Sencha is the most popular type of green tea in Japan, and Sencha Midori Bio's production process is a reflection of the country's long tradition of tea making.
Japanese Sencha Midori Bio is grown in the tea regions of Japan, where the tea plants benefit from ideal growing conditions. The climate, soil, altitude and precipitation all contribute to the unique taste and aroma of this tea. The tea gardens are often located on slopes and in valleys, protecting the tea plants from direct sunlight and providing the right amount of shade to promote optimal growth.
The tea harvest in Japan usually takes place in spring and early summer when the young tea leaves are at their best. These leaves are carefully picked, steamed, rolled and dried to produce the Japanese Sencha Midori Bio. This process preserves the rich green color, aroma and nutrients of the tea leaves and produces a high-quality green tea that is appreciated by tea lovers around the world.
