Japanese Matcha Hana - Organic
This traditional green Matcha tea is grown in the fields of Uji, near Tokyo. Four weeks before harvest, the tea plants are covered by mats and blankets in the sun. This increases the production of leaf green in the plant, which enhances the taste of the tea.

I put it to the test with a delicious piece of old Cantal cheese, brought from the beautiful Auvergne in France. Cantal cheese has a strong taste.
