A: Yes, you can! You can return your unused products up to 30 days after receipt of your order.

Before returning a product, please let us know via our email address info@hetkleinstehuis.nl. Include (a copy) of the supplied invoice in the return box.

We will notify you as soon as we have received your return. The purchase amount of the returned products will be refunded as soon as possible.

NB! The shipping costs are for your own account, unless it is covered by warranty.

A: Yes, that is possible as long as the order has not yet been offered to one of our parcel services.

Call +31 (0)20 752 75 85 or send an e-mail to info@hetkleinstehuis.nl and indicate which items should be added to your order.

We will then send a new payment link for the extra items.

A: As long as the order has not yet been offered to our parcel services, you are able to cancel the order. Please call +31 (0)20 752 75 85 or send an email to info@hetkleinstehuis.nl.

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You can refuse your package if it is presented at your front door, it will then be returned to us.
