A: You will always receive a track and trace code for your order. Both in your own account environment on our website and by e-mail.

Tea cards are sent by letter post. You will not receive a track and trace code.

A: Het Kleinste Huis uses the following parcel services:

  • PostNL (National/International)
  • DPD (National/International)
  • DHL (National/International)

Smaller packages will be offered as letterbox mail. Larger packages are delivered personally.

A: Normally all orders placed before 17:00 are shipped the same day.

Depending on how busy our parcel services are, the order will be delivered to your home within 1 - 3 working days (this only applies to the Netherlands).

Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will not be shipped until Tuesday.

A: We apply a fixed rate of EUR 5.95 for all deliveries within the Netherlands. For orders above EUR 45.00, your goods will be delivered carriage paid.

If you live outside the Netherlands, the current shipping costs will be calculated based on your location during the ordering process.
