A: It is possible that one of the items you have ordered is not in stock. Due to the corona measures, both nationally and internationally, some items are unfortunately not always in stock. We often do not know how long it will take before the products are back in stock.

Instead of delivering the product, we will immediately refund the outstanding amount to your account. This amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
