Secure payments are very easy on our webshop www.hetkleinstehuis.nl. Together with our 'payment broker' Mollie, we ensure correct and safe handling of your payment and bank details. Your data is sent encrypted to your bank through the secure SSL procedure. This means that third parties cannot access your data.

Our webshop offers extensive payment options. For example, there is always a choice of payment methods that are supported by your bank.

The following payment methods are accepted by our webshop:

iDEAL is one of the most used online payment method in the Netherlands. iDEAL works directly with 9 major banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and van Lanschot.

If you have chosen the iDEAL method as your payment method, please select your own bank. The actual payment will then take place in the familiar environment of your bank's website. In this environment, your bank guarantees the safety and correct handling of the payment.

Do you have a Belgian bank account? Then payment via the Bancontact / Mister Cash option is convenient for you. For this you must be in possession of the relevant card reader or iPhone / Android App. Bancontact / Mister Cash is supported by the following banks KBC, Belfius, Fortis, Fintro, AXA, CBC, ING and the VDK Spaarbank.

Customer of Belfius? We use this bank's own payment solution. This way you can make real-time payments in your trusted banking environment.

Paying from Germany? That is also possible with us. SOFORT Banking enables quick and easy payment for our products. If you choose this option, you will be automatically redirected to the SOFORT environment. Then enter your personal bank details and the payment will be transferred.

Don't feel like paying with Credit Card or you have a bank account that does not support the above payment method? Don't worry, we also support direct debit, via SEPA direct debit, as a payment method. Enter your bank account and the money will automatically be deducted from your account by Mollie.

If you choose the payment method prepayment, you will receive an email with all information about your order and the bank account number to which you must transfer the amount. After we have received your payment, we will ship your order.

When placing your order, choose Klarna Pay Later and receive your purchases first. The invoice will be sent online via Klarna's email. Follow the steps in the shopping cart and automatically receive Klarna's invoice afterwards. This option offers security and convenience, allowing you to see what you're buying first. Klarna ensures a safe and transparent payment experience, protects against unauthorized transactions, and guarantees worry-free shopping.

It is possible that your payment method does not appear in our overview. First try to pay for your order with a different payment method. Should this not work? Then fill in our contact form. We will try to add your payment method to our overview as soon as possible.

It can sometimes happen that a payment is not successful the first time. Don't worry, your order will always remain. Try again. If this does not work either, please send a message via our contact form. We will then manually create a payment link for you.

As soon as we have proceeded to refund your purchase amount, it can take a few days before the outstanding amount is refunded to your account.

For iDeal payments this takes 1-3 working days. Credit card refunds usually take more than 5 business days.

You can view invoices via 'My account'. Pay attention! You must have created an account for this. After logging in, go to 'Order history and details'.
