Did you know that tea can also be wonderfully combined with savory foods?
I put it to the test with a delicious piece of old Cantal cheese, brought from the beautiful Auvergne in France. Cantal cheese has a strong taste. Spicy, slightly salty and with full tones in which a creamy, almost vanilla-like hint can be detected. Curious how it tastes in combination with an Oolong from Tanzania?
