As long as tea has been drunk by mankind, health benefits have been attributed to this drink. In the 17th and 18th centuries, the English and Dutch even regarded tea as a medicine.
Tea provides relaxation and stress reduction. It contains antioxidants that help prevent cell damage and inflammation, which can cause diseases, for example.
Research also shows that drinking green tea boosts metabolism, improves digestion, lowers cholesterol levels and boosts energy levels.
According to above, tea seems to be a miracle cure. In this section, we try to explain as best we can the health benefits that drinking tea offers.
I think every parent encounters this at some point. Isn't there a better alternative to lemonade or fruit juice for your kids? Even the healthy drinks are often still full of sugars and artificial additives. Tasty, but not really healthy. Offering only water is not always an option either. As a mother of two young daughters, I was always faced with this dilemma. Fortunately, as the owner of a tea shop, the solution was close at hand!
