A full and very aromatic black tea from the highlands of Sri Lanka. Organically grown.
Sri Lanka is the fourth tea producer in the world. Sri Lankan tea production only started in the mid-19th century. Before this, Sri Lanka was a major coffee producer. But due to disease and fungi in the coffee plants, this industry was decimated. Tea turned out to be a good substitute.
This tea comes from the Store Field factory, where 50,000 KG of high-quality tea is produced every month.
You can also make delicious and simple iced tea from this organic Ceylon tea: 6 -7 teaspoons of Ceylon in 1 liter of cold water. Then let it rest overnight in the refrigerator. The next day you can sift out the leaves and drink! Also delicious with honey ...
