

You may not know it yet, but the East Frisians are Germany's biggest tea drinkers. This tea is used for the East Frisian tea ceremony. Black tea blend with medium-sized leaves, medium tips, very strong, malty, full-bodied.
This tea tradition arose when the Dutch United East India Company introduced tea to Europe. East Friesland has several Tea Tubs where this tea is consumed with a "Kluntje und Rohm".
