Bengal Chai Tea
An invigorating black tea. The cinnamon, ginger and pepper make for a nice spicy bite. Great for the cold dark autumn and winter evenings.
Ingredients: Black tea, Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper, cardamom
Chai, also called Masala Chai, has its origins in India. For this they used strong black tea combined with herbs and sweeteners.
There is no set recipe for Chai, but ginger, cardamom and cinnamon are generally one of the main ingredients.
