We proudly present the new beer from Ridder Bliek: Drinkebroeder
The Drinkebroeder ("Drinking Brother)" by Ridder Bliek is an elegant black Russian Imperial Stout where sweet caramel, chocolate and espresso notes merge with the special smoked black tea Lapsang Souchong from Het Kleinste Huis.
Lapsang Souchong is a slightly heavier black tea with a strong smoky flavor. Lapsang Souchong is originally from the Fujian province of China. After oxidation, this tea is dried in bamboo baskets over burning coniferous or cypress wood. This develops the smoky flavor.
